rawBella Collard Wraps

These collard wraps were recently debuted at the Green Corn Fest at Boggy Creek Farms here in Austin, TX courtesty of my good friend Hoover Alexander from Hoover's Cooking. They are fun to make with the kids. Here is my little one chopping down on one.
3 cups soaked & dehydrated raw almonds
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
2 tablespoons tumeric
1 tea spoon pink Hymalian sea salt
Blend into meal, then pour 1 cup of water into to make a paste.
Fold in finely chopped veggie mix
-half onion
-1/8 of red cabbage
1/2 yellow pepper
Mix in 6 tablespoons of agave, juice of a lemon
black pepper to taste
Wrap in blanched collards and tie with beet ribbon. (Courtesy of your awesome veggie spiraler!)
