Chocolate Bliss














2 Cups Chocolate Bliss Powder
1 Cup Vanilla Agave Nectar
2 Tbl Ultra Tocos
3-4 drops of orange oil

Add 3 Cups Water to VitaMix.
Blend till smooth.
Add liquid to 1 Gallon Container.
Fill container with chilled water.
Drink with wild abandon!
This is an awesome all purpose recipe for upscaling coffee habits. The Tocos add a smooth, heavy cream, taste and texture.

Raw Butternut Squash & Apple Spinach Soup

1.5 cups water (or enough to make the consistency that you like)
2 cups butternut squash, peeled and diced
3-4 stalks celery
3 apples
2 tablespoons tahini
2 green onions
1/2 cup fresh basil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt (optional)
1/2 teaspoon paprika
A squirt of agave is a sweeter taste is desired.

A high-powered blender, such as a Vita-Mix is going to work the best with this recipe. Add the squash slowly to the water, then add the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. I like to blend it to the point where it’s a little warm, but not “cooked”.

Top with your favorite things! Texture is KEY when you are making super smooth raw soups. In order to avoid “baby food syndrome”, I love to add some CRUNCH to it!

Cococacao Yum Bars

Crust:1 1/2 cups pecans
1/2 cup raisins or dates
Filling:

...1 cup shredded coconut
3 tbsp coconut oil
1 tbsp raw almond butter
1 tsp vanilla
2 tbsp Sunfire Super Foods Vanilla Agave Nectar,
1 tbls Sunfire Super Foods Chocolate Bliss,
1 apple.

Directions:1. Place the pecans and raisins or dates in a food processor and process into a sticky meal.
2. Pour crust into a glass baking dish (I used an 8×8 dish) – Pack down into a thin crust
3. Place all other filling ingredients into the food processor
4. Pour filling on crust and level out. Sprinkle with chocolate if desired.
5. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes and cut into squares.See More

2 cup unsweetened vanilla almond milk*
1 smallish, RIPE banana
1 tbsp ground hemp or flax seeds
~1 cup ice
~2 handfuls of baby spinach
1/2 cup frozen mango (makes it SO creamy and sweet!)
Blend til smooth
Drink til full
Enjoy!

2 cups Sprouted sunflower seeds
~the juice of a large lemon
~1/4 cup of cold pressed extra virgin olive oil
sea salt and pepper
2 stalks of celery finely chopped
2 tablespoons of raw Agave nectar

Eat with carrots or use a large collard green to make a wrap. Add red peppers for spice and flair!

2 large ripe tomatoes minced
2 cups of soaked sun dried tomatoes
1/2 cup of olive oil
1 Tablespoon of Fiesta Mole
2 pinches of coarse Sea Salt
1 tablespoon of minced garlic
1/2 minced onion
1 bunch of cilantro finely chopped
1 tablespoons of raw agave nectar
1/2 cup hot water

You may also want to add these fresh herbs:
oregano, thyme, and parsley

Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix on low for 3-5 minutes,
or until all ingredients are blended well.

Warm on stove for three - five minutes. Heating food over 118 degrees depletes the nutritional content.

Serve over 2-3 spiralized zucchinis. Serves 2-4.


Nutty as a Fruitcake Pie ;-)













Pie Crust:
1 cup of soaked and dehydrated Almonds
1 cup raw sunflower seeds
1/2 cup of flax seeds
6 dates
3 table spoons coconut oil
1/4 teaspoon of Pristine salt

Filling:
4 large apples cored and minced
1 cup of Sunfire Superfood Vanilla Agave
3 tablespoons of flax meal
1 cup of minced mango
1 teaspoon nutmeg
1 teaspoon Cinnamon


Run ingredients for crust in food processor on low until ingredient for 1 moist ball.
Using fingers, mold into pie pan and chill contents for 20 minutes while you make the filling.

Stir and fold all ingredients for filling until it is nicely mixed. Pour into crust. Cover with coconut flakes. Serve Chilled.

Bella Beauty Cereal

1/2 cup soaked and dehydrated sunflower seeds
2 tablespoons of Hemp or Flaxseeds
2 tablespoons of coconut flakes
1 tablespoon of Agave Nectar
1 cup of Almond Milk
1 cup of berries of your choosing
Banana (optional )

Avocado Mousse











1 large avocado
1/2 C Dates
1.5 C Nut Milk (Hazelnut, Almond, Brazil nut, or your favorite)
1/3 Chocolate Bliss
1/4 C soaked and dehrdrated pecans
1 T Maca Powder
2 T Mequite Powder
1 t Vanilla
Pinch of Sea Salt

Blend all ingredients in your VitaMix until you get a thick, smooth, chocolatey pudding.
